I've stayed here twice. The yards are spacious and lovely. I enjoy being next to the train. I like to hear it and feel it rumble. You can buy a mailbox from the post office, and Amazon delivers here! The rv pads are grass and dirt, so be aware and make preparations so your camper doesn't sink and get stuck after a year of being in the soil. Also, the outlet boxes aren't the "complete" kind that have not 30/50 amp and the 120-volt outlet attached for your heater hose, electric weedwacker/lawnmower. It's either just a 30amp or just a 50 amp. You can make it through a winter here without the heated hose, but you'd need to unplug your water for that week. Laundromat is just down the road in town. Management and Billy are excellent. They help resolve problems and really take care of you. If you're a construction worker staying at the mill, or you're done with construction and want a small town to retire in for a while, START HERE. Occasionally, when the park gets full, bad people start going through open vehicles and stealing. But they only steal from UNLOCKED vehicles. Not too big of a problem. Never stopped us from staying here.

You definitely better lock your doors if you plan on staying here! That's my only complaint but it's bad enough to be enough to move.

Mr Billy is the most wonderful park manager! He genuinely cares for his people! He helped get my nieces cat out of a tree when no one else was around to help me in the rain not to mention it was 20 degrees outside! It makes us feel more comfortable being home knowing He is always out and about buzzing around keeping the place safe and cleaning it up so much! The park has sure came along way in just the short Time we’ve been here! So I give the Park five stars for Mr Billy and his hard work and accomplishments! It’s good to see there’s still great people out there willing to work hard and put in the time to make something great again! Thank you so so much Mr Billy. We’re all so very thankful for you.

We came from out of town to work in the area. I called ahead and asked if the place could handle my 47' long 21,000 lb. fifth wheel toy hauler and they told my that the spit I was going into was the spot of a mobile home and I should be fine. Got there in the evening and it was raining. The spot was leaf covered and I really couldn't see the ground. I backed in and sank right to my axles. Got stuck and couldn't move forward or backwards. Stayed long enough for it to dry so we could get out and left. Wouldn't recommend if you have a larger rig like me.
