If I could give a half of a star I would. The half of the star would be because the guy FINALLY answered the phone when I tried to make an reservation. Duh that should have been a clue 🙄 but we wanted something off our route. Well will NEVER stay here again, don't be fooled by the internet page. The spots were horrible no real bathrooms, basically a porter potty. Drop box for cash or check, yucko, steer clear, there was a poor dog kennel in a too small crate outside the whole time thankfully the owner must have came back from their nightshift and brought that poor animal inside. VERY SAD 😔 the poor dog could barely turn around in the kennel, VERY QUIET DOG BROKE MY HEART FOR THE ANIMAL, can't imagine in the heat, why have a dog if it has to stay in a crate OUTSIDE.

Not your average RV park. My husband and I are in the state for work, and my husbands tire blew out, we had nobody else to call except the owner of our park, he took the time to help my husband fix his spare at 9:30pm ON A WEEKNIGHT NONETHELESS. Without him, our truck would still be on the side of the road. Truly a lifesaver. Me and my husband both highly recommend this park, the owner does his absolute best to keep it in pristine shape all year round, he’s even added a bathhouse! If you are looking for a good place to stay in Blytheville for work, you can’t find a better spot than this one right here.

Called a couple weeks in advance to make a one night reservation. A lady on the phone took my name and said ok and asked when I would be in that day. Told her late afternoon. She said ok. Showed up that day around 4pm. There was no office for the place that I could see, plus all the sites seemed to be filled. One burned out camper in a spot in the back. I called and it went to voice mail. Said I was here and had a reservation. Waited a little while for a return call. Never got a return call to this day. I ended up driving another 2 hours north to Benton Koa. You can always count on them.

One of the best, (if not the best) Park I've ever stayed in. The owner goes above and beyond to fix any problem the park may have, and is constantly making improvements. Been here several months and the place has only gotten better. There's even a bath house with an infinity tankless water heater, and he's adding a laundromat as well!
