However, it is crucial for prospective residents to conduct thorough research and gather comprehensive information to ensure that a community aligns with their expectations and needs.

Another review states, "This is not a place where everyone is treated equal if you have other needs they will make life hard for you. Nobodys is safe from discrimination." - Concerns about Fairness and Discrimination: One critical review states, "This is not a place where everyone is treated equal if you have othe needs they will make life hard for you. Nobodys is safe from discrimination." This raises significant concerns about how residents with "other needs" are treated and suggests a potential issue with equitable treatment within the community. Potential residents should be aware of these claims and consider investigating the park's policies and tenant relations. In Tennessee, the Tennessee Human Rights Act prohibits discrimination in housing based on Color, Creed, Disability, Familial Status, National Origin, Race, Religion, and Sex, applying to landlords and operators.
- Rent Increase Concerns: Another review highlights issues with rent increases, stating that "in this year 2024 alone they increased the rent 3 beces." The reviewer also notes that "it is better to live in an apartment here in this place cadaves are getting worse with the rent of the land." This indicates a concern among residents regarding the frequency and magnitude of lot rent increases, impacting the perceived affordability of living at Paradise Pointe compared to other housing options. While mobile home park lot rents can increase due to various factors like inflation and property taxes, such frequent increases are a significant financial consideration.

While mobile home parks often appeal due to potentially lower upfront costs for housing compared to traditional homes, the long-term financial stability and overall resident experience are paramount.
The concerns raised by current residents, including frequent "rent increases" and perceptions of unequal treatment or "discrimination," are critical factors that local Tennesseans must carefully consider. In Tennessee, fair housing laws protect residents from discrimination based on various factors, and residents have rights regarding lot rent increases, though the specifics can vary. This is not a place where everyoneis treated equal if you have othe needs they will make life hard for you. Nobodys is safe from discrimination
If you are thinking of coming to live in this place I do not recommend it in this year 2024 alone they increased the rent 3 beces I am finding out that it is better to live in an apartment here in this place cadaves are getting worse with the rent of the land
This is right by the downtown. Quiet park, cool views. This is close to the Walmart up the road. There's also a couple schools nearby There's other parks in town but this seems to be one of the cleaner ones. I would recommend this place
This place is not for people on limited income. They have more than doubled the rent in the last 3 years since taking over. They don't care about the people who have lived here for years. I would never recommend anyone to move here. There are other mobile home parks in the area with larger lots and much cheaper lot rent. If it didn't cost so much to move a trailer I would have been gone a long time ago but they have us over a barrel when a person can't afford to move.
new owners are easily the worst in the 15+ years i’ve lived here. Constantly raising rent, forcing tenants to upgrade their perfectly fine porch/garden and threatening eviction if they don’t do so. Terrible owners with no regard for the people that live here whatsoever. We have new neighbors every few months because nobody wants to stay. Manager gives special treatment to house next to the office and allows them to have a constant mess but harasses everyone else. 15+ years and no complaints until they took over. Manager drives around basically stalking peoples homes so she can find something to threaten eviction about. Never been late on rent, yard stays mowed, garden maintained, porch clean and painted, never loud, no dogs, and still get letters complaining about something. Save your money, live somewhere else. Have said goodbye to many many friends that have lived here and decided to leave because of them.
