a homeless lady I met at my Bible study a yr ago...in a few weeks...a yr ago & she lived w/ me & my dog for 6 months...& now she lives at Neumayer Mobile Home & pays $200.00 a month to live there!! & Candy & I live here @ Welcome Home & we pay $300.00 to live here!! She has no hot water..tank hooked up, there!!
It's a good place to live. No drugs and you have to have no felonies also. Lot rent is $230 which is cheaper than anywhere else.
Me and my family lived there from 1993-2010. Good place to live. Quiet place. Good neighbors.
