One of the primary advantages for Oklahomans is the potential for more affordable living compared to traditional housing markets. This financial flexibility is a significant draw for many across the state.

Customer Reviews
Could be worse, could be better. Lease agreement I signed looks good. It states all homes must be owner occupied, in good repair. But that isn't the case. Instead of "renting" people say it's a "lease to own". I know of one home in particular that has been vacant for years and gets more run down and neglected every month. I was also impressed with rule #9 regarding pets. Says no more than 2, no dogs over 35 pounds and then lists about 8 specific breeds that definitely won't be allowed. But once again this is not the case. I have seen at least 1 pitbull and 1 German Shepherd and countless over 35 pound dogs. Many have more than 2 pets. A lessee that moved in a couple months ago, has FIVE (5) dogs. Rule 12 Addresses fencing. Only chain link fences may be put up. The people with 5 dogs put up a fence that isn't even close to a chain link fence. Rule 16 says no clutter in yard. One place in particular looks like a flea market, there is so many fake flowers, broken statues and figurines. I know from personal experience the manager will leave a note if she thinks you are breaking a rule. Guess it depends on who you are, if the rules apply or not.
Very nice place to live if you do what your supposed to do. Maintain your home and yard .
Extremely nice, the parking spaces are larger than a double car width. You can get in and out of your car without stepping on the grass. The maintenance person, is very helpful in getting overgrown branches removed from a tree in your yard. The manager lady was very helpful finding a skirt and getting it installed around the base of my mobile home.
Very poor and unprofessional management. A lot of double standards. Update: Raise rent every year by $50 now it's $400 to be packed in like sardines. No pool no community center no playground, no community storm shelter. And they allow your neighbor to build a fence right up against your ac unit so your can't get to it for basic maintenance.
I lived in the neighborhood for about 20 years. I have since moved. I still own a house in the neighborhood. I raised my kids there. What I liked most was everything was close by. Everything was within about a mile. The police and fire departments. WalMart, Walgreens, fast food restaurants, library etc. It really is a great location. When I lived there I had great neighbors
