THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE/CAMP STORE ARE GREAT!!! This was my first time out with my trailer. I was a woman alone with two small grandkids, and EXTREMELY nervous about backing in to the campsite. I went into the office and explained my situation. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and encouraging! Candace called her husband, Anthony, who came to the office to guide me to my site and then coached me in to my spot. Kelsey and Susanne in the office/camp store were also amazing. They put me at ease and turned around my very nerve wracking experience. They gave me confidence and let me know that I wasn't the first person that felt like this. If it wasn't for them, I would have probably just driven away and checked into a hotel! I hope someone recognizes how awesome the staff at Pine Acres is!
Jul 21, 2025 · Karen PoitrasThe campground is actually nice. The bathrooms are clean and fairly new. The sites are maintained well. But the management is questionable. Why in the world would they allow a seasonal member to blast their music all day. I was 6 sites away and could hear it inside a closed up camper. And to add to that the person there was singing louder than the music. I thought there might be an issue when I first saw beer-pong setup on the card table. Seriously, I may have given 5 stars except for that .
May 21, 2025 · FrankGreat place sites are great. We had one right on the river. Lots of shade. Pet friendly. Very close to anything you may want or need. But secluded enough you don't feel it

My daughter has severe asma and I checked to see if there was ac and was promised it would be a winter wonderland in the cabin . Plus the icing on the cake was fining pot in the cupboard my 5 year old could have got it when she grabbed snacks .. and to be offered a 50$ refund when I paid over 700$ to rent and have had nothing but trouble .
