i pick up trash here weekly! The owner is a great guy who does the most to keep up with his tenants and to help them out! park is quiet close to most food and grocery places! i recommend short term vacation or long term living!

I have to say, this is a nice and safe spot. We rented one mobile home for over 6 months. We never had leaks or any kind of problems. Majority of the people staying in the campers are here for work and they are just good ole people getting their hands dirty. Jonathan is a good owner, he is very busy but he is still responsive to the needs of his tenants. We would still be there if life circumstances didn’t arise. I would highly recommend staying here.

The owner rented this camper for $1000 a month which is absurd considering it was disgusting the carpet reeked of pee and was so dirty I personally had to carpet clean it over three times (which it then broke my brand new carpet cleaner and it almost caught fire) and the water from the carpet was still so brown, I swear this camper has never been cleaned since it was brand new off the lot. When I would take a shower water would link all over the place and there was random rat traps places. The owner was supposed to fill the propane and make sure it was always filled as part of the rent, and didn't hold up his end when it came to that so when my boyfriend got off of a 12 hour night shift he had no hot water to shower or a heater to keep warm while it was freezing outside. My boyfriend and I rented out this camper so I could be close to him while he worked the job he's at because we live out of state and I'm pregnant. I cleaned the whole camper all day everyday I was there 30 weeks pregnant with twins until I finally gave in and went back to our home state to finish off my pregnancy with our my babies father. Wish I could give it 0 stars. This isn’t a made up post here’s more photos of the trash camper :) dogs are fully potty trained as well we will be getting in touch with the city code enforcement!

Poor management and overpriced. Never fixed a propane line leak that could’ve seriously harmed us and our dogs, $1400 a month for a camper that leaked over the beds when it rained, stoves didn’t work so we couldn’t cook, waited 4 hours for owner to show up. Wasn’t cleaned at all and smelt horrible dead bugs everywhere. (Picture below was the freezer)
