Today, we're focusing on a community in Pensacola specifically listed as a retirement park: Queen Anne Mobile Home Park. This park caters to a specific demographic, offering a focused environment for those looking to enjoy their retirement years in the Sunshine State.

Queen Anne Mobile Home Park, located in Pensacola, is positioned as a retirement community, meaning it is designed primarily for residents aged 55 and over. Not up to date with roadways in the park. The park doesn't trim the tree branches from the lots, so if the leaves or branches accumulate onto the trailers the park believes it holds no legal responsibility. It's listed as a retirement park.
