The people are great, nice neighbors. Tracy and Ronnie are good people. If you like living in a nasty litter yes that is right a nasty litters box indoors or outside. Sit down to your favorite meal in a never cleaned litter box, then Sable Palms is the mobile park for you
I did enjoy and visit until the drugs.. Crack is a big problem with some maken it hard for others to live safe.. I tried to have her removed but herson pays her bills.. Besides the drugs it could be a desent place for children... Great people to wave hey and help out ... After crack moved in i woke up to gunshots and moved right out.. To bad to paying residents have to move while the crack atticks givin there trailer get to stay.. Just try to avoid the row the office is on .. It holds the know supur mover.. Clean ya house racke your yard quick moving crackhead ... Hope and prey it gets better it just brings the dealers in on weekends..
Kinda expensive for the quality of homes for sale
They are slumlords and they don't fix anything I keep up in the rent and they don't want to do anything for the renters
