We stayed for an overnight w/o reservations and kinda at the last minute. All woman staff were just the best. They helped us upon arrival getting propane, as we were heading out early and up north in the cold and while they did not have many options for drinks besides soda, (which we don't drink) they made sure we had what we wanted. Made us feel like we went to visit family members, actually nicer than family, lol! Thank you So very much ladies! The pull-thru, paved with picnic table site was so level we didn't need to use leveling jacks, water pressure was great with new, easy to use water hookup and sites were clean and private, separated by landscaping shrubbery on each side, Nice Touch!. Bathhouse was immaculate and trust me I am a stickler for clean and mold free. Trash was p/u every a.m. right at your site. This was an easy on and off from Interstate but quiet no road noise. Pricing was reasonable and honored our Good Sam discount.

A very nice RV resort. The price is extremely reasonable. The community is a very warm community with clean level sites. It does not matter if you just need a place to park for the night or if you plan on staying long-term, they have something available for you. There is a dog park swimming pool, hot tub and game room. They have a small laundromat. They allow you to wash your rigs on-site as well.

We've stayed here many times on the way to Florida as well as on the return trip. The place is awesome. It’s literally 3 minutes from I-95 . The sites are 80% pull through with full hook up. Also super level and spacious. The staff has always been pleasant with me and helpful. Although we are never here for the summer they have a nice pool and hot tub.

This is a pleasant campground, great to break up a long trip along I-95 for a night or two. Site P3, pull-through FHU, gravel pad, long enough for coach and car without having to unhook. 50/30/20. Pedestal not quite tall enough for Watch Dog to be able to clear the ground. Water hook up is very unusual. The water valve is under a sewer meter type cover, below ground level. There is a short hose that extends out of the cover and there’s a quarter turn valve under the cover that turns the water flow on and off. It’s not a problem, it’s just unusual. Sewer is 4 inch threaded with a threaded cap. The placement of the utilities are convenient and everything reached easily without needing extensions. The site was level enough to be able to auto level without needing any pads or ramps. It was level side to side and only half a degree low in front. There is supposedly campground Wi-Fi, but we were told at the office that no streaming is allowed. There does not appear to be cable TV. The only over the air TV are three PBS channels. There is a pool, and right next to the pool, a covered area with some picnic tables. The site has a picnic table on a small concrete patio. Campsites are angled parallel with grass in between sites and generous spacing of about 45 feet in width for each site. RV washing is allowed. Big rig friendly. Easy off/on from I-95. In the middle of the night when it is quiet, you can faintly hear noise from the highway. Also at night, a number of times, I heard train horns, though they were not horribly loud. Garbage can be left at the front of the site to be picked up, or can be placed in the dumpster at the rear of the campground. Nice dog park. Generally speaking, I think the gravel campsites (P sites) are in better shape in terms of level and condition of the pad, than the paved (D sites), which are a combination of a small central concrete pad and asphalt at either end. Many of the D sites have cracks and/or sunken places that hold water and can make the use of levelers challenging. Four washing machines, six dryers, each two dollars per load. In the men’s area, there is a handicap section with a shower and a toilet, and then there are two individual shower stalls, a urinal, a commode, and three sinks. All of the bath facilities are clean and well stocked. Verizon: 2 bars 5G, 86.2 Mbps down, 7.56 Mbps up; AT&T 20.78 Mbps down, 3.63 Mbps up.
