Location and Accessibility

Clements Campsite is strategically located at 1341 NC-48, Garysburg, NC 27831, USA. This address places it within the quiet and unassuming town of Garysburg, nestled in Northampton County, North Carolina. While Garysburg maintains a peaceful, rural character, the RV park's position on NC-48 (North Carolina Highway 48) is a significant advantage for its target clientele: construction crews.

NC-48 is a state highway that provides direct access to various points within Northampton County and connects to other regional routes. This accessibility is crucial for construction crews, as it allows for relatively straightforward commutes to different job sites in the surrounding areas of northeastern North Carolina and potentially into neighboring parts of Virginia. The ease of getting on and off a main road like NC-48 minimizes travel time and complexity for workers, which is highly valued after a long day on a project.

Despite being on a state highway, the campsite is described by customers as "quiet," suggesting that it benefits from a location that balances accessibility with a peaceful environment. This is often achieved by being slightly set back from the main road or having natural buffers that reduce road noise. For construction crews who need to rest, a quiet environment is paramount, and Clements Campsite appears to deliver on this promise.

Garysburg itself offers basic local amenities that might be useful for long-term residents, such as gas stations and convenience stores. For more extensive shopping, dining, or specialized services, larger towns like Roanoke Rapids (to the west) or Ahoskie (to the south) are typically within a reasonable driving distance. This means that crews staying at Clements Campsite have access to necessary supplies and services without having to travel excessively far, providing a practical balance between rural tranquility and urban convenience.

The location on NC-48 also implies relative ease of navigation for large RVs, which are commonly used by construction crews for extended stays. State highways are generally well-maintained and wide enough to accommodate larger vehicles. Overall, Clements Campsite’s location is highly suitable for its dedicated purpose, offering both the necessary quiet for rest and the practical accessibility required for construction professionals working in the region.

Companies should inquire about per-site or potential multi-site rates for larger crews.

  • Dedicated Site Assignment: While not a discount, the ability to reserve and maintain specific sites for the duration of a project is a valuable "offer." This provides stability for crews, allowing them to settle in without concerns about moving sites frequently.
  • Inclusion of Full Hookups: While a standard feature, the reliable provision of "full hookup for 30 and 50 amp and sewer" is a consistent value proposition. It means crews don't incur additional costs or inconvenience for separate utility services, simplifying their living arrangements.
  • Quiet and Secure Environment as a Benefit: The "safe and quite" and "extremely relaxing" environment, as praised by customers, is a fundamental "offer" that contributes to crew well-being and productivity. While intangible, it's a significant value that helps workers rest effectively.
  • Streamlined Onboarding for Crews: The campsite may offer a streamlined process for onboarding multiple RVs from a single construction company, making it easier for project managers to arrange lodging for their teams. This can be a form of "special service" for corporate clients.
  • Flexibility for Project Changes: Inquire about policies regarding project delays or early finishes. While not a "promotion," understanding the flexibility in their long-term agreements can be a significant benefit for construction companies.

It's clements trailer court! And a small camp site. Their are 2 homes on one septic tank.when it rains or snow your toilet will not flush or will bubble back up! When your neighbor flush their toilet your toilet will bubble in your home. They will not fix the problem they make excuses . And the tenants that can Afford to move they do . The dirty road is always in bad shape. cement trailer court/ camp ground has only 1dumpter and its just about always full and trash on the ground around it. The land lords are noisy and they like staying in everybody's business. AND NOW THEY RAISED OUR RENT BY 10 DOLLARS. Their are much nicer RV parks 1 right off I95 North (very nice place just before you get to Roanoke Rapids
