Residents praise Maria as "very nice and sweet" and willing to "go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and wants on a home." This suggests a direct point of contact for resident inquiries and support.

Promotions or Special Offers

As a mobile home park focused on long-term residency and lot rentals, RAES CREEK MOBILE HOME PARK typically does not offer transient "promotions" in the same way a retail business or a short-term rental might. Instead, its value proposition comes from its competitive pricing for mobile home lots and the ongoing benefits of residing in a managed community.

Potential "offers" or benefits often associated with such parks include:

  • Competitive Lot Rent: The primary appeal for many residents is the affordability of lot rent compared to other housing options in Augusta. Prospective residents should contact the park directly to inquire about current lot rental rates and what specific utilities or services are included in that cost.
  • Value for Long-Term Stays: The park is geared towards providing a cost-effective living solution for individuals and families seeking a stable, long-term home. The pricing structure is designed to be appealing for extended periods of residency.
  • Community Stability: While not a monetary "offer," the management's efforts to maintain a "quiet park" and "clean community" by enforcing rules and addressing issues provide a significant intangible benefit – a stable and pleasant living environment. This can be more valuable than short-term discounts.
  • Personalized Service: The reported willingness of staff like Maria to "go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and wants on a home" indicates a level of personal service that can be a considerable advantage for residents.

This mobile home park is a lot safer, cleaner since Kathy has been managing it. She has really cleaned the parks up and out! I have no complaints on my home, no leaks, no complaints at all. And Maria whose in the office is very nice and sweet. She will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and wants on a home! I see complaints about fines and stuff, all you have to do is following the mobile home community rules. And its not hard, pretty much be respectful to your neighbors and watch out for kids, and no parking on grass, and keep yard clean, and pay your monthly statement on time each month. It's not hard! But I highly recommend this place!

This is a place to live off you had no other options. The trailers I have seen are trash! There is running water, electricity, and probably an option to purchase wifi. The area is quiet but many strange people walking at night. The area is flooded with stray cats too. The location is close to a few stores if you don’t have a car. Nothing else to mention. If you see beautiful photos of this neighborhood then they are false.

Great place to live with kids.Safe and affordable..We have rules to keep everyone safe and a nice clean place to live.Only the people that have been evicted leave bad reviews. This park stays full with a waiting list because Good people don't want to live around bad people and we don't allow nasty, bad, non paying people to live in our parks..As for a couple of people in here Karen your house was so nasty the mashall wouldn't go into the home Plus you didn't pay rent, I'm just thankful you didn't have kids living in that disgusting mess So before you comment tell the truth of why you was evicted anf include a picture of how you was living. This is a mobile home park not West Lake but we try to keep it nice, affordable and liveable for good people .The bad apples are not wanted and it only takes 1 bad apple to spoil a bunch.. Thank you

If you need a place to stay temporarily this place if time. If you are looking for long term RUN. Kathy and her brother rides though the park constantly stalking and looking for anything to charge you for, then talk to you VERY rude when you have proof that the issue isn't on you. They will fine you continuously for the same issue and threaten to evict you if you don't bow down to them or allow them to over charge you. Maria in the office is very nice until Kathy forces her to be rude to you or go against what she and everyone else knows is right.
