Customer Reviews
I had an absolute blast staying at Riverfront. We stayed in Misty River Suites A & B, and they were perfect. Cute, clean, with a hiking path, picnic tables, and a fire pit right outside the front door. We had so much fun on the float trip, too. It was very well-organized. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The site is also super close to a state park that has great hiking and fly fishing. I'm already planning on coming back next year! The only downside is probably the location. You're very far from a grocery store or a restaurant. So I'd recommend bringing your own food to eat, at least if you have a cabin with a refrigerator. Anyway, what a great trip!
We've always had such wonderful memories at your place, which is why I immediately thought of you when planning a special Memorial Day weekend for our families. For a few years, your establishment was the home for our large annual group event, and we've always appreciated the warmth and hospitality we've experienced. This year, however, has brought some unexpected challenges. With the severe weather we've been seeing, including the recent devastating tornadoes and hail, our primary concern has been the safety and well-being of our children and families. It was with a heavy heart that we realized rescheduling our trip was the only responsible decision. We weren't looking for a refund, or to cause any inconvenience; we simply hoped to move our reservation to a safer weekend, keeping everything else exactly the same. We were so disappointed to hear that our camping portion couldn't be rescheduled due to your rain policy, even though you were able to work with us on the floating. As a result, we're out the full cost of camping, which is a significant loss for our families, especially when we were simply trying to ensure everyone's safety. We genuinely love your place, and we've envisioned making it our annual tradition for our family camping and floating trips. Knowing that we might have to take our business elsewhere, to places like Hidden Valley or the park, truly saddens us. We're just a couple of families who were hoping for a memorable and safe weekend, and we're hoping there might be some way you could reconsider and help us out. We'd be so grateful if you could find it in your heart to work with us on rescheduling our camping trip, allowing us to continue making those cherished memories at your beautiful location.
We had such a great time at Riverfront Campground & Canoe! The campground itself is really nice—clean, peaceful, and perfectly set up for a nice weekend getaway. A big shoutout to Jason, who went above and beyond to help us get our kayaks cleaned and ready to float down the river. We truly appreciated the friendly service. If you're looking for a great place to camp and enjoy the water, this is definitely a spot worth checking out!
Riverfront Campground is truly one of a kind. From the views to the staff, and everything in between they offer everything you could need. They are all very friendly, have staff that go above and beyond for your family and very clean facilities. The new amenities like a pool, hot tub, and Q’s brew coffee shop (which I love) have added even more fun. We love coming here and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Thank you Riverfront for always showing us a good time, being family friendly and making sure we always have the best river experience.
This past weekend a group of friends and I floated with Riverfront and will definitely be returning! Employees were all amazing, especially one individual named Hunter. He helped us with getting on and off the river and was very nice. Can’t wait to come back!
