Here we go again. The second day into raining for a week I get a right up for my yard because it has dandelions. How am I supposed to mow or weed whack if it's been raining? This is getting old. I'm tired of being harassed. I'm one of the very few who follows rules here. All I ask of others is do the same and this is what I get for that. This needs to stop. Unnecessary
May 02, 2025 · Trinity TuryEdit Fixed 8/21/24 I have lived in the park for the last four years, and within the last two, I would say it has seen a major decline. Management fails to get anything done or accommodate its tenants. The first outgoing call was on October 16, 2023. A cat was hit and killed in front of my trailer; the street light was out, so I called to get it fixed, but nothing changed, and more cats got hit there. The second call was on February 1, then July, and then August, but still nothing. They keep saying they'll get it looked at every time. All they are worried about is putting more trailers in and charging a boatload for rent to shitty tenants who just ransack the place. Also, people's cars are getting messed with every day, and things are being stolen from yards. This is getting ridiculous; something must change. EDIT still out as of 8/20/24 9:45 pm I stated the address everytime in the call. Cats just don't dissappear if they're not fed
Aug 22, 2024 · HKinz KinseyAfter applying to the place for rental there in Meadowbrook I can truly say that Melissa made sure to keep up with my application process and offer me the best deal. She was very friendly and seemed like every time I called she knew exactly who I was and I was not even a resident yet. They make sure that you are attended to through the application process and look out for you if you still need a place at a later time. She sent prompt emails and called promptly. Thank you so much for all your help Melissa you have excellent customer service skills I’m so sorry I found another Sun Community close to my husband workplace but I would have choose that place in a heartbeat because even before signing you showed that you cared for our family having a home.
Jan 15, 2025 · Tasharica SandersUpdate 09.03.24: HOME INVASION. BREAKING & ENTERING. THEFT. Police report filed 09.02. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS. Increased crime rate within the community acknowledged by office a month prior, no steps taken to address. OTHER communities offer security services. OTHER communities have adequate street lights. OTHER communities care about their residents. I cannot stress how UNSAFE this community is. See photo of report below for 2024 SA incident UPDATE 6/20 Maintenance will tear up property, then will give excuses for SEVERAL weeks as to why they don't clean up after themselves. Putting skirting back on should take less than 15 minutes.....not over a month! UPDATE: It is June, been waiting on a dryer hose since February because "they didn't have any extra" picture attached. Purchase your own storm door BEFORE moving in. "Some come with one, some don't. If you want one, that'll be $350." One example of how greedy & lazy this company is. Quick to find arbitrary reasons to fine residents but give you the run around & drag their feet to fix actual problems (loose dogs, overgrown shrubs, FLOODING) Save yourself money & mental stress. Explore safer options.
