However, it is crucial to address the customer reviews provided, as they offer important insights into resident experiences. One past resident stated, "These worst place ever. We lived there for 3 yrs 2 and half yrs we didn’t have an oven or stove. Told them from day 1 about it and nothing. Also dishwasher was all busted inside never did get it fixed. Floors was coming up came and looked and went on. Gun shots every night people banging on your trailer and running. Rent was to high. So glad I moved." Another review highlighted maintenance concerns: "We have put in work orders couple months ago for the bathroom which is growing mold due to something not being done right when the mobile home was built per what one of the worker told me, he told me that they would have to get the parts to fix it but it’s been months now since anyone has followed up with us. Secondly, we been waiting for the mobile home to be pressure washed for months now and it still hasn’t been done. It’s always some excuses or delay. Do better!" These reviews strongly suggest that prospective residents should conduct thorough due diligence, including in-person visits to assess current conditions of available homes and the community, speak with current residents, and clarify all aspects of maintenance responsiveness and safety measures directly with park management. We have put in work orders couple months ago for the bathroom which is growing mold due to something not being done right when the mobile home was built per what one of the worker told me, he told me that they would have to get the parts to fix it but it’s been months now since anyone has followed up with us. Secondly, we been waiting for the mobile home to be pressure washed for months now and it still hasn’t been done. It’s always some excuses or delay. Do better!
If I can give this place a zero star, I would the office to start with is a joke. The day after hurricanes, I was driving around and I noticed that the Lakeshore management was out taking pictures of homes right after a hurricane. What do they think that’s going to happen in these mobile homes things are going to break and fly away they should definitely give the residence a chance to fix it before the next day, giving them notices, it’s a mobile home park. You’re not in a five star Ritz neighborhood as far as the office staff they always leave the door locked and you have to wait. An hour or two just to get in it’s ridiculous.
Office staff has changed many times over the years. Same thing different day. They don't seem concerned with residents just their pay check. New owners as of today. Cleaning up daily. Signage. Fountains. Water usage is a MAJOR issue. Shut offs at the most inconvenient times, sometimes no notice. Not letting residents who pay lot rent, park trucks, trailers, etc. , when they don't provide parking. They keep putting up these little houses, charging an arm, foot, and leg. Billing system is whack, bill you a month in advance. So if you have credit, they will snatch it quick. Lot rent goes up every year, NO CAP. Residents... Hey make sure you research who you are moving next to and you can deal with environment.
Management is trying their best to pick up the mess of the last group. However, constant water issues with lead found in water (while they argue there are trace amounts everywhere, there should not be most of the chemicals/any lead). Overpriced for all lots especially given the crime rate in the area, they do mow the lawns but are inconsistent with actually tackling areas. Pool is never open or managed and hours are inconsistent. Mailboxes being moved from the gas station is nice, and the neighbors are friendly, but with the price tag and additional lot rent even after paying off a house? Insane.
