We used Camp Joy to launched our Paddle-boards. Very reasonable pricing! On 5/24/23 only $3 (for 1-2 people). Little bit of a hike to drop them in but once you were floating… it was well worth the hike! The emerald cut - up stream, roughly 1 mile to the Kelly Park bridge, an then an amazing float back 🥰

Camp Joy site B was amazing. The site was huge! We rented the pavilion as well and the pavilion had electricity, lights and fans! There were two fire pits at the site and plenty of room to spread out. We had approximately 40 campers in family units. The only downside is the biting gnats and ticks. Take proper precautions and you'll be fine!

Camping was in an open grassy field. About 800' from parking lot to kayak launch. Site manager was outstanding and accommodating. If you have to have a site manager, she is the one you would want!

Wow, this place is awesome! Not very crowded. Lot's of trails. Clean and the best part of it being a 15 min walk to Kelly Park Tubing area. If you have a big church group, this is good place for group camping.

just wanted to enjoy a nice day of taking our paddle boards out at camp joy and the camp host ‘heather’ is incredibly rude and creepy. from yelling at us to move when we first got here to staring at us and taking pictures and CONTINUING to yell at us to move while we are blowing up our paddle boards she made it quite an uncomfortable experience.
