My grandma has lived here for many, many years. she personally loves it, never has had any issues (minus a dog attacking hers). Great Halloween turn out every year.

Park is okay. It's a little overpopulated and guests generally have to park in the street. Could benefit from an overflow lot. Management seems nice. Cell phone reception is nonexistent due to the sandstone hills so pay the 20 bucks or whatever and invest in a landline if you move there.

Very unkempt trailers, broken windows, no skirting, loud music at all hours of the day and night. Cars revving engines and speeding through the park. The Sheriffs dept surely gets a hefty paycheck from this area alone because they are always there, roughly daily at the least. It appears that this park has no set rules and if they do, they are not implied enough to be reprimanded if not followed. I would be embarrassed to own this park let alone live in it.

I’m only leaving one star because none isn’t an option. Very poor management who likes to target residents that she doesn’t get along with. They have no play ground for the kids, no sidewalks for them so they just run around in the roads, they don’t care about the residents they only care about their money. Plus you can’t leave anything out or it gets stolen because they just let anyone live there and don’t care about the community. I don’t recommend going there, if you can afford to go somewhere else then do it.
