The nastiest trailer park I’ve ever seen. Sour eye to the community. Also the owners are RACIST!!! People that have been staying here years without contracts and background checks. But they see a black man move in they call the landlord. The landlord calls me and ask I I have a black man staying with me???? Flabbergasted and proceeds to tell me we have to sign a contract and get background checks and now is threatening to evict us after taking my money for a year and half without a contract?!!Do not recommend at all!!!!!!!
