If I could do zero stars I would! Absolutely the worst community I have ever lived in. Over priced cheaply made homes and the staff is beyond disrespectful and impossible to deal with. No way to get ahold of corporate! I will be telling everyone I know how terrible our experience was with Trails End and Heather Hays specifically! Feces coming through the tub and constant broken and clogged toilets. Cheaply made cabinets and floors falling apart as well as tainted water!

Lovely little spot to live and raise kids. Away from all big city problems. All the tenants are quiet and kind. We lived in midtown before here and it was loud music till 3am, glass breaking and gunshots all the time. You don't have that here and it really is a nice quiet place to call home. Property management does a thorough back ground check on all tenants and require a full (no partial deposits). They've done a good job keeping the "undesirables" away and fostering an environment for families... Great place...

Management once again continues to astound me with how little they care about the tenants. ONLY our money. Manager lacks common decency and makes it a point to be nowhere to be found, has no interest in helping out or having any sort of repertoire with the tenants. In fact any time he’s called he’s always at another site managing that one! The Cairn Community website claims this trailer park has a storm shelter. It is unusable, full of rusty standing water with bikes and who knows what else down in it. Part of the allure in moving here was the declaration that they were getting funding for a new community storm shelter. Lies lies lies. My lot in particular was never properly prepped for a new mobile home to be parked. There’s debris everywhere on my lot. Glass everywhere (from a fire years back). Everything they tell you to get you to sign the lease is a LIE. I’m in a position now where I cannot move. I’m stuck here. This place is HORRIBLE! I love how their Facebook page doesn’t allow reviews. Ha! Save yourself; move elsewhere!

My friend lives here and she likes it. I think when you pay lot rent that mowing should be by the owners tho.
