Ive lived here 3 years and for 3 years I've needed major repairs that maintenance has promised to do and never does! They even had the audacity to demand I do the repairs and remove trees in a rental or be charged $25/hr for them to do their job (which they still haven't done. Getting ahold of management is next to impossible. I was going to buy my place just so I could do the repairs myself because it's clear after 3 years that I cannot depend on them to fix anything and again no response. My roof blew off and they put some bricks on it and called it good. My electric is over $300/ month because of how many problems it has it doesnt hold Heat. I dont even take my kids to pool or park cause there's usually some ridiculously rude kids or even adults that scream cuss words at kids at the top of their lungs. At least before the new owners took over you could at least get someone to answer the phone...rent keeps getting raised and they add more rules monthly. They hold renters to a wayyy higher standard than they do their maintenance thats for sure As a renter if they tell you to fix something, they give you 3 days...but they will fail to do it in 3 years time. Ive seen worse but ive also seen better. I believe they are attempting to clean the park up I just think they're spread too thin and the owner doesn't even live in this state. I have noticed in the last year there has been a lot less police presence there, so that's good. Make sure you go over the place with a fine tooth comb before you buy or especially rent cause they will not fix anything. Update: Hands down the worse place I've lived and have nothing but regret for buying a trailer here. I'm going on my second time going to court with these people. When Marci was managing they never fixed anything but also didn't have the issues there is now. Since the new owners took over they're constantly over charging and slipping in every fee they can. They are also raising rent when they literally do nothing but harrass folks. They even shut down the one good thing they had (the pool) you can never get ahold of anyone. I bought my place in Feb n still haven't received my title nor deposit back. They charge court fees without using court services. Not to mention the random police shootouts at all hrs of the night. If you can afford or find a place literally anywhere else do it. I wouldn't give them any stars if I could. High priced trash. Just when you think they couldn't get any worse they do. Change management every 6 mos and never hire anyone that can actually do their jobs. The maintenance people are trash and will literally plow you into your house. I beat them in court twice now because of their fraudulent ways of running this park and have been harassed since. Got an eviction notice after being 2 days late on rent meanwhile the people who live next to me that happen to be related to park management, hasn't paid rent in 6 or more months. They try to find every way they can to kick out the people who own their trailers so they can take them over and resell for triple what they're worth. I will be contacting my attorney again.
This place was wonderful when Marci was the manager.now you can never get ahold of anyone the office is always closed and lot rent is ridiculously high I pay less for my 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house!! If you own your trailer they treat you like trash so avoid the hell you will be put through. I've had to argue many times because they tried to charge me double so keep all your receipts. If your planning on renting don't get a mortgage it'll be cheaper on you.they like to say rents going up due to cost of living hahaha no it's sad hope everyone moves out and they get shut down.
Lived there for over 20 years. I was always treated fairly. Never had any major problems with anyone. Had great neighbors. When I moved in back in '95, it was one of the best trailer parks in the Tri-Cities. However, it needs A LOT of work. It's falling apart. Hopefully, it will get the TLC it deserves.
I lived here for 10+ years, I like it here because its quite and no one bothers you. Everyone seems to keep to themselves. It's nice to see the roads getting repaired. Friend isn't to happy with the raise in the rent. The park isn't the same since Marci stopped managing, the grass isn't getting cut. The streets are dirty, and the pool isn't open or being used. The rent is to high for a park that is not being managed.
This place changes management like changing seasons. Everytime I go in, I have to explain my situation with someone new. And I hear the pool won't be opening . That sucks. I hope this guy stays here for awhile he seamed nice and helpful. I wish they would hurry and clean this burnt trailor up before one of the kids in the neighbourhood gets hurt or worse . please do something about that very large pothole in the road going out of the park . The gravel you put in it is out already . Atleast pour some sacreak or what ever it's called in there where it will stay .and Not tear up anyone's car or bike
