The location is easily reachable by vehicle, and once there, the proximity to the state trail means many activities are just a short walk or bike ride away. For those looking to enjoy the surrounding lakes, several are nearby, providing opportunities for fishing, boating, and other water activities.

Well the owner of the park is a super nice guy and got me in here kinda last minute with a job that came about in the area. The park has alot of spot some are kind of tight but never the less there full hook up and accommodating. The sakata trail which from what I can tell from Google is 70ish miles runs right on the edge of the park and is a nice additive. There really are only two thing that's would've bumped this park right up is if there was WI-FI considering it is advertised as a campground for workers. Second I wish the bathrooms were a little cleaner.

Campground has a nice feel, right on the Sakatak Trail, nice breeze, very few bugs. Host is very friendly and easy to deal with. Right beside a nice small town and lake. No problems, clean restrooms and reasonable... really wished we could have stayed longer, and.. there is a fantastic bar and grill just next to the campground (not close enough to be loud) Local fish was fantastic. Perfect if you are going to pedal the trail (its near the center) or bike the local lakes.
