Sandy's Manufactured Home Community About
For Virginians considering diverse housing options, manufactured home communities present a unique segment of the real estate market. Among these, Sandy's Manufactured Home Community, located in White Post, offers lot rentals for those who own or wish to place a manufactured home. Understanding the specific nature of such communities is key to making an informed decision about your next residence. These communities often appeal to individuals and families seeking a more accessible entry point into homeownership or a particular lifestyle that a traditional stick-built home might not offer.
Manufactured home communities like Sandy's provide the land on which your home sits, typically through a lease agreement, while you own the manufactured home itself. This distinct arrangement comes with its own set of guidelines and community standards, designed to maintain a consistent environment for all residents. It's a model that fosters a sense of community, often with shared spaces and a focus on neighborhood living. For many, the appeal lies in the potential for a lower cost of entry compared to purchasing land and a traditional home, coupled with the flexibility that comes with owning the home structure.
Sandy's Manufactured Home Community aims to provide a structured living environment, and like many communities of its kind, it operates with specific rules regarding property appearance and community upkeep. These rules are put in place to ensure that the community maintains a certain aesthetic and standard for all residents, contributing to the overall appeal and value of the neighborhood. Prospective residents will find it beneficial to thoroughly review all community guidelines and lease agreements to ensure alignment with their expectations for a living situation.

Customer Reviews
Only place I’ve ever seen rent you a lot and tell you what to do with the trailer you own and only pay the lot rent for. They also tell folks to take down sheds and porches which is ridiculous aswell as giving ridiculous requirements for trailer appearance I used to rent a lot but am now blessed to have bought a house they are shady people and will try to take possession of your trailer if they can save yourself the hassle and rent anywhere else
Where to start first the people here are just lovely people very kind but my problem is with the land lord they leave papers on our front door saying that we need to clean up paint our trailers fix our proch or else be evicted beacause it give the trailer park a bad look yet there fine with not having soccer nets only the post they keep raising the rent yet we aren’t seeing changes there are pot holes a various places a little kid was riding his bike and he didn’t see the pot hole he fell and broke his arm they say to fix our trailers so it won’t give them a bad image yet the office is pretty messed up giving it a worse image so is the fact there are post with no nets and they are very picky about having party’s you can’t have a pool or a trampoline I had one a very little one that only fits on kid on it and he told me to take it if I hope that they fix these problems
Great place. Love it! Just giving it a bad review to lower property tax. I got bills to pay. :/
They have a good variety of Mexican and Salvador product's. Very nice friendly people.
Seems like a pretty crowded mobile community with little to no privacy . Although situated in an open location, the mobile homes are too close to each other.
