I've had nicer places for _1,275 month rent
May 20, 2025 · Blaine MullinsMy husband and I lived here 3 years before moving. We liked the park and we really liked the manager Jerry. He was not a problem to us and was kind. We did have a problem with the neighbors up the street bringing around young people that didn't live in the park and they would steal people's gas.
Apr 20, 2018 · Kendra SevertWe love this park. The management has always been real nice to us. They pretty much leave you alone. Keep your property clean and pay your lot rent and you dont ever see them. Also they are paving all the drive ways!
Dec 14, 2017 · Catrina AistropLotta rundown mobile homes in the park and a lot that are abandoned and need to be removed. Not good.
