They keep raising the rent up. From September 2022 to September 2023 they will raise it $90. There are many living here on a fix income and can't afford this.

Windy but I love living there I have been there for a year 1/2 I have alot to do around the out side trying to get my back porch and front porch connected to the trailer I've got to put down mulch this year put me a couple little flowers out in the yard work on the tongue of the trailer I'm going to put the bricks around it and build it up so I can put me as some little flowers out there in a little box I've got a lot of things to do around there but it's only me and I'm the only one that has to get these things done but I'll get it done by the grace of God I have him to leave me and to help me get these things done it's taken so long but I've got patients and I hope everybody else does too have patience for me but I love living up there it's quiet nobody bothers you and I life I love being by myself

we bought a trailer from a third party owner that had their trailer on holly hill estates. the trailer park kept us from moving it until they seen it was fit for us to move it; even though we paid for the house and paid for the moving company. the secretary that works in the office is rude and disrespectful. not worth the time to deal with the place.

It's very quiet here and there is a beautiful view of the mountains. Rent is very very low here and includes trash pickup
