Promotions or Special Offers

Shady Lane RV Park offers flexible rates to accommodate various stay durations, indicating an understanding of different traveler needs. While specific "promotional offers" in the traditional sense (like limited-time discounts) are not explicitly detailed in the provided information, the pricing structure itself acts as a value proposition:

  • Nightly Rate: Starting from approximately $50 per night (according to Good Sam, though other sources suggest around $45). Daily rates typically include water, sewer, and electric.

  • Weekly Rate: Around $285 per week for back-in and pull-through sites.

  • Monthly Rate: Approximately $440 per month, plus electric usage. This is a common structure for long-term stays, where guests pay a base rate and are billed separately for electricity consumed.

Great place that is quiet and friendly. I really don't know where I am supposed to make a rental payment. I have gotten a call from someone explaining what to do. However, I do not trust call, texts, or links sent to me on my personal number. I REALLY want to make a rent payment, but I would like reassurance that my money makes it into the right hands. PLEASE, update your website to reflect the proper location, or person that I should be in contact with. Sending money to links from phone numbers that are not directly tied to either your website or your google maps page is a huge red flag. I just want some verification. I would like verification from the owner what source I can trust for sending payment. Thank you!

This has been a great place to stay. Bill and Heather the park management are great people to work with. They have gone out of there way to fix an issues and have really cleaned up the park nicely. I will stay here again and recommend you do too. There is no on site laundry or shower house but the quiet peaceful atmosphere makes up for it.

Heather was nice and met us pretty late, 8 pm. We were told we had the quietest spot in the park and now I realize she must have been joking! The kids behind us are very loud and cut through our space quite often. 2 days after we got here they cut down a bunch of trees but left all the trimmings everywhere. We paid for the month but our work got canceled and they refused to give us a refund for the last two and a half weeks! Lesson learned, always pay weekly or people like this will keep your money!
