Rent is way to high for the little that they do. During the fall they only pick up the leaves once a week and when it snows forget about it. They should just not plow at all because they do a terrible job. Now they put a new manager in place and all she does is harass and complain about everything!!!! She will not work with you, so if you are not a millionaire don't move in because if you don't do her every letter she will threaten you with eviction. This is not the same community it was when I moved in 26 years ago.

Desent place to live. But some key take aways are....The property you rent is yours they wont clean or take care of it thats on you (espically trees) management does nothing but take your money really because the park is owned by a Million dollar coorperation. And they raise the rent $20 every year in january. But ive been here almost 7 years and i do what i want and keep to myself and dont make too much noise.

A quiet, clean community of mobile homes, love it here. New owners, not as great as it was. Background checks, evidently, mean nothing!! Lot rent goes up every year, less upkeep, sadly

Was there to visit my niece, she had a birthday party for her brother. I used to live in this park many, many, many years ago and was surprised by the condition of the park and some of the homes in it, but like everything else...things have changed.

The place is under new ownership that doesn't care. They just keep raising the lot rent. Don't make anyone take care of their lot. Multiple cars tall grass. Garbage everywhere. I wish they didn't just want money.
