Introduction / Overview

Silverbell Mobile Home Park is a residential community located in McAlester, Oklahoma, designed to accommodate both mobile homes and, as indicated by some external sources, RVs. The park's primary function is to provide long-term spaces for manufactured homes, where residents typically own their home and lease the lot from the park. This model offers a more affordable entry point into homeownership compared to purchasing land and a traditional house.

Recent information suggests that the park is currently undergoing changes, specifically with "demolishing trailers on site." This could imply an effort to upgrade or reconfigure the park, potentially making way for newer homes or a more organized layout. Such activities might also indicate that spaces could become available for new residents looking to place their own manufactured homes or RVs. While this transitional phase can present opportunities, it also means prospective residents should inquire directly about the current state of the park and what to expect during their stay. The overall impression is that Silverbell Mobile Home Park functions as a practical, potentially evolving, long-term living solution for those in the McAlester area.

They are demolishing trailers on site at the moment. I understand that the owners are out in California. It might be a good time to put your own trailer in there but I don't know for sure about that.
