The owner Clyde Crum is a sorry piece of _____ for a human being. And this is what it looks like behind this place...sewage. There's holes in the floor,roaches galore. Would give 0 stars if I could! Unfortunately, I had lived there for 5 years. When I first moved in it wasn't SO bad and I chose to live in the best trailer there was. Shortly after, there were water leaks that wasn't getting fixed which caused mold which didn't get taken care of either. There was so much more wrong after living there a while! Nothing ever got fixed. Landlord DOES NOT care about anyone but himself! He is the definition of a Slumlord. DO NOT MOVE HERE
Lived here almost 3 years he doesn't do repairs on anything doesn't supply you with proper a/c or heating that is required by state law and he tried to raise my rent while I am still under a valid lease lol this place makes crack houses looks like penthouses lmao 🤣
Very City landlord nothing was ever fixed my kid fell through the floor he evicted me for just being one month behind after telling me that he would work with me so I do not recommend this landlord or any of his properties on Highway 19 and Tennessee Colony or on Martin Luther King
