Customer Reviews
Currently staying at the campground. We are relocating to Canaan from Alabama. This was the only campground available for year round camping. So grateful for the owner for keeping it open. Very nice and quiet place to be. Haven't had any issues so far with anyone. The owner keeps the place very nice and always smiles and waves. I've noticed he cares a good deal about animals and kids. Any time we have questions, he gets right back with us. Most of the people I've interacted with here are very pleasant.
This place was perfect for me ! It is close to down town, quiet and everyone is friendly. The owner has gone out of his way to help me out when I was in a pinch. I would recommend this place to anyone I know ..
This is a very nice quiet campground, In Elkins, West Virginia. The sites are very large, they have full hookups everything worked good. He also has two air b and b's that are beautiful if anyone's interested in renting those. If you're staying there in an RV like we were ask for a tour of the B & B's They are very unique.

The quietest place I have ever camped. The friendliest place ever! The owner is friendly and has nice occasions of cookouts for residents. I would say set up mostly for long term and long stay. But heck, we started here short stay and now we are seasonal creek side. I plan on staying a long time. Come visit. Nice little creek , restaurant near, close to town while still having that woods feeling. I can’t get over how quiet and peaceful! Cabin to rent as well. 👍Wi-Fi as well. Full hookups.
