This article aims to provide a comprehensive and factual overview of Somerset Mobile Home Park, helping you determine if it’s the right fit for your housing needs in the Ohio region.

Mobile home parks, also known as manufactured home communities, provide residents with a space to place their manufactured homes, often alongside shared amenities and a structured community environment. Ran down and trashy. Infested with stray cats. Been the same park manager who is worthless (Sherry) for at least five years now that I know of and she will lie to new inquiring tenants about who they will let in the park to live unless it's her family. Furthermore, she only enforces the new lease rules or any rules in the park like no bonfires, more than 2 vehicles per lot, excess trash dumping in dumpster, depending on who or what it is, new people living in lots with current tenants unauthorized or approved, as well as trash and over grown lots and yards. I will also add the fencing policy for animals, many have outdoor cages, houses, fences and leashes that are not allowed in the new lease. Let me not forget the no utility trailers even if they are tagged and registered in the mobile home owners or renters name. I have witnessed the mismanagement from her for years now and she is still there doing the same as she has for years even with new park owner now twice and now a new park management company working with her. One new problem that has been noticed besides the park manager Sherry not doing her job and not siting her family members for violations that currently live in the park, is the trash not being picked up cause the bill wasn't paid. Evem though every lot pays for there trash and water with every monthly bill they receive with there lit payments each month. The first step to improving this park is to rid of the trash that has been there running it for years now. Sherry, Sherri Cherri however you spell it needs to be gone and new maintained crew as well. I could fix and do things better than they all have in this park for years. Sad when they are fixing things and have to ask the owners of there property to borrow tools to fix things that are broken. So sad and that is just a part of what is wrong with this mobile home park.
