I have lived in South Valley Estates for some time, and I just have to express how much I truly love it here. The park is beautiful and clean. As well KC does an amazing job clearing our roads. Beyond that Ali is amazing in the office, always quick to solve problems if they arise. I cannot wait to spend several more years living in this thoughtful community.
It’s a beautiful park filled with wonderful people and a very kind community. What’s not very friendly is the constant harassment from the maintenance man Kc has had for not only me but other in the park. I receive constant rule reminders over stuff that I have already done, even received one for my lawn as I was in the middle of completing it! It seems he thinks he deems who’s fit to live in this beautiful community and those who don’t fit he has it out for them. I really didn’t even want to post this here but due to the management ignoring my consistent concerns when it comes to him I felt I have no other options.
My husband and I were so pleased by all the help, understanding and professionalism Ally showed us. She worked with us on submitting forms and walking with us through the whole process. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. We're excited about moving to South Valley community. Thank you again Ally
The reason this park is beautiful is because it is well maintained. If you receive a letter due to your lack of care it is delivered by KC directed from management. He's JUST THE MESSENGER!!! weed wacking is part of your lawn maintaining. If you care so much stop complaining and help maintain the beauty of the park by doing your share then you won't be written up. KC takes pride in his care for this park.. he works hard to maintain it. Put forth as much effort to caring how your place looks as you do complaining on this web site and I'll bet you don't get written up. The manager makes rounds everyday through the park. She also is the reason our park is so beautiful. If you didn't get written up for not keeping your place nice it would soon look like the park next door. Also, the speed limit in the park is 10 PMH not 30 to 45. People excellerate when coming into the park instead of slowing down we have lots more children in the park now. You wouldn't be able to stop if one was to come out in front of you. All to soon do we forget about the 92 year old woman who was killed here in the park hit by a car on Southvalley dr. Don't be so quick to belittle KC he's only doing his job and a fine one at that.⁹
South Valley is ran by a conglomerate in the south. They take every single shortcut they can to save any penny they can whether it’s maintenance or raising the rent every time they’re legally allowed to. If you’re thinking about renting here, you should know that people move in an out of those rentals about as fast as they cart a new, cheap trailer in to fill all the vacant lots from long-term residents moving their homes away from here.
