Absolutely no contact but will send you bills. I can't reach anyone to get on the portal. Was told gas would be put in my name and taken care of by the park and I had to pay an overdue bill to get it turned back on. It has been a nightmare since I bought my trailer. I was scammed by the previous management who everyone said I could trust now I'm behind in rent with a 5 year old daughter. I have never been behind in rent in my life and I'm appalled by the lack of contact.
