Presently camping here! Theresa greeted me on my way in and was very friendly and excited that I was towing and camping on my own! I dropped my driver's license when I pulled out my camping permit, and a nice gentleman brought it to me! My space, #20 is a pull-through and pretty level . There's good spacing between spots, and I have a great view of the lake, too. Not much shade in the morning, but good afternoon shade. I don't know if it's always like this (I suppose it depends on the campers), but it's been very peaceful. The only part I wish were different is the lake shore, in many spots, has been built-up with rocks and covered with heavy- duty wire for erosion control. The nice beach is no dogs allowed, but luckily, I found a few spots where my dog could go in!

[Campground INFO(May 2025)] *Site : 64,44 *Electric : 20A,30A,50A *Water : Yes *Shower : warm but not very hot *Fee : $38/day *Ground : gravel *Shade : partial *Wifi : No *Connectivity : not good (AT&T) *Boat Ramp : Yes Note : The entrance gate is physically locked from 10 PM to 7 AM. No one can enter or exit during these hours. I strongly hope they install an automatic gate with a passcode system. Though this is a very beautiful waterfront campground, the bathhouse is old and has no soap or paper towels. Phone connectivity is bad around site 64, but a little better at 44. Boat ramp has narrow 1lane, moderate angle(shallow).

Very peaceful and well maintained campground! We stayed in site #52. Back-in site, level sand/small gravel, water and electric hook-ups. Facing the lake, with stairs to access the shore. Picnic table, grill, lantern hook, and fire pit. Foliage in between side sites provides privacy. The business side of the RV faces a small playground, with swings. There are Lots of Pull through and buddy sites here. Watercraft frequently seen in lake, along with swimming at individual sites. Most sites waterfront. Friendly staff greeted us at the guard gate when we arrived. They gave us a map, with directions to our site. Saw one small, clean bathroom, by designated swim area, and a bigger playground. There is also a bathhouse centrally located, in the campground. There is no AC in the bathhouse. CG Also provided life vests, hanging at swimming area. Big dumpsters at entrance/exit. There is also a dump station by the exit/entrance. Lots of local shopping and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this campground. Only thing that would make it better, would be FHU!

Great campground. Verizon is great. Have stayed here before several times and always well maintained. This time grass really needed cutting. This was a holiday weekend and we were there 10 days. Will return again.
