Absolute heaven on earth. My car just glides over these new roads. The storage units are the best price in town for their size. The new homes are phenomenal. Can’t wait for the new office to open. Definitely recommend.
Been attendant here for 8 years. After 52 properties took an over they have lied misleaded and also they lie on their website there is no playground this is not kid friendly. What I mean about non-friendly is that people speed through the park they don't do nothing about it. They say it's up to us to call the authorities. They don't work with people to help with rent when they are in hardship for a short time. They said it's your responsibility to pay if you don't pay by the first you're evicted.
You can put lipstick on a pig, but it will always be a pig!!. The owner will rip you off. I would never recommend this park to anyone, and I'm ashamed to admit I lived here. Thank God I got out of there and I feel sorry for the tenants that are still there. Stay away from this park.....no matter what!!!
I didn't visit this place, I live here. Its not the taj mahal but its affordable place to live without sharing a wall with your neighbors! Yes I would recommend it if your looking for a place to live thats not too expensive.
The property is really turning around and looks much better after putting in the new roads!
