My stay here was great, i was here for roughly 2 months. And no issues. People talk about the rain but thats actually everywhere in roscoe. I can say that there was no power issue even with strong winds. I also have ti mention that they have washers and dryers on site and they work very well. If there is issues the owner is on it usually the next day. The wifi was good at first but then got a little slower when the park was full. It is understandable because more people on it. For me this is not a big deal since l working the entire time,l.
May 05, 2024 · Motorhead883_If it's not raining it's a nice park. Easy to pull in and out of. The wifi is okay in certain areas and non-existent in others. The owner will not tell you that the place floods until after it rains. We have asked numerous times for gravel and we get a response of, he will try to get us some. I'd suggest staying somewhere else. Yes, it's a quiet park, but do you want to step out in 5 inches of water if it rains.
Apr 20, 2024 · Marshall MounceWe have stayed at Stone Tower two times. I love the easy of making reservations as well as pulling in and setting up. The park is spacious and well maintained. We will stay here again the next time we're passing through.
Jul 03, 2022 · Susan DolezalI stayed here for 2 months while working in the area. Park was quiet, comfortable and well maintained. Prices were very competitive, owner communicated very well on aspects during my stay. The reservations and payments system was easy to use. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and will be back next time I’m in the area.
Apr 09, 2024 · Jimmy DavisI stayed at this park for a little over 3 months for work. Overall it was quiet as most of the people there were workers whom seem to be considerate of others. I only used the WiFi for my tvs. When the park was full, the WiFi was unreliable. The onsite laundry was convenient but, there are only two washers and two dryers. There are a couple of things to take into consideration when deciding on this park. There is what seems to be perpetual roadwork going on to the overpass just east of Roscoe. They will sometime shut down ramps without notice and It can be an inconvenience. There is a railroad track that runs parallel to the park on the south side. The trains will come through and lay on the horns at random times throughout the night which could be bad for light sleepers. If you have a medical condition that could possibly require emergency assistance, I would not suggest staying here as the trains and construction work have the potential to cause a delay in receiving medical assistance. For the price it is hard to beat in the area and, I would definitely stay again. There are also by some lots in the park that will flood such as lot #18.
