235 RV Park, Roscoe, TX About
For those of us crisscrossing the vast expanse of Texas in our RVs, finding a convenient and functional stop is often key to a smooth journey. Whether you're heading east, west, or exploring the heart of our great state, a reliable place to pull over, hook up, and recharge is essential. Located right off Interstate 20 in Roscoe, 235 RV Park offers a practical solution for RVers, especially those who appreciate easy access to major highways and on-site conveniences.
235 RV Park isn't your typical resort-style destination with a plethora of bells and whistles. Instead, it focuses on providing the core necessities for travelers, particularly those operating larger vehicles like trucks and RVs. Its primary appeal lies in its strategic location directly on a major interstate, making it an incredibly accessible stop for a quick overnight stay or a more extended period if you're working in the area. For many Texans on the road, convenience often trumps elaborate amenities, and this park delivers on that front with its accessibility and on-site features.
One of the notable aspects of 235 RV Park is its integration with other facilities designed to cater to the needs of travelers and truck drivers. The presence of a shop, a small restaurant, and even a steak restaurant on the property means you don't have to venture far for food or basic supplies. This co-location of services can be a significant advantage, particularly after a long day of driving, providing a one-stop solution for dining and rest. While customer experiences with some facilities like restrooms may vary, the overall concept of having these conveniences readily available is a strong point for this park.
For Texans familiar with the diverse landscape of RV parks across our state, 235 RV Park offers a unique proposition. It’s a pragmatic choice for those prioritizing location and immediate access to services. While some visitors have noted areas for improvement, particularly regarding maintenance of certain facilities, the park's fundamental offerings of large vehicle parking, on-site dining, and direct highway access remain valuable. It caters to a specific need for straightforward, convenient stops that are essential for long-haul travel or short breaks in West Texas.
235 RV Park is strategically located at 12825 S Interstate Hwy 20, Roscoe, TX 79545, USA. For those of us traversing Texas, this address immediately signals its prime position right on Interstate 20. I-20 is a major east-west corridor that cuts through the heart of Texas, connecting major cities like Dallas/Fort Worth to the east and El Paso to the west. This direct interstate access is arguably the park's most significant location advantage, making it incredibly easy for RVers and truckers to pull in and out without lengthy detours.
Roscoe is a small city in Nolan County, located in West Texas. Its rural setting means less urban congestion and typically more expansive space, which is often appreciated by those driving larger vehicles. The "S Interstate Hwy 20" designation indicates that it's located directly off one of the service roads parallel to the main interstate lanes, ensuring a smooth transition from highway speed to the park entrance. This direct off-and-on accessibility is particularly valuable for overnight stops or quick breaks, minimizing travel time and stress.
While Roscoe itself is a smaller community, its strategic location on I-20 means that it serves as a common stopping point for cross-state travelers. The proximity to this major highway means essential services like gas stations are readily available nearby, even if the immediate surroundings are more rural. For Texans who prioritize convenience and direct highway access above all else when choosing an RV stop, 235 RV Park's location is a significant highlight, positioning it as a highly practical choice for journeys across West Texas.

Exceptional Highway Access: The most significant highlight is its prime location directly on Interstate 20. This makes it an incredibly convenient stop for travelers, minimizing detours and maximizing time on the road.
Large Vehicle Friendly: The park offers "large truck parking" in addition to RV sites, making it ideal for those towing big rigs or full-sized RVs, a crucial feature for many Texas travelers.
On-Site Dining Options: A major convenience is the presence of both a "good restaurant" (presumably a diner-style establishment) and a separate "steak restaurant" on the property. This means you don't have to leave the premises for meals after a long drive.
Integrated Services: Beyond dining, the property includes a "shop" (likely a convenience store or truck stop store) and a "small chrome shop," providing immediate access to basic supplies and truck/RV accessories.
Functional for Quick Stops: The park's primary appeal lies in its practicality for overnight stays or short breaks, offering essential hookups and on-site amenities without requiring extensive navigation into a town.

Showers Available: The presence of showers is a definite plus for travelers seeking to refresh themselves on their journey.
At this time, specific promotions or special offers for 235 RV Park are not publicly detailed in the provided information. RV parks that cater heavily to transient travelers and truckers, often located directly on major interstates, typically focus on providing competitive daily and weekly rates rather than elaborate, advertised discounts. Their main "offer" is often the convenience and straightforward access they provide.
However, it is always a good practice to contact the park directly by phone to inquire about any current rates, potential long-term stay discounts (for those needing to stay in the area for work, for example), or any affiliations they might have with RV clubs (like Good Sam, Passport America, etc.) that could offer a discount. While not explicitly mentioned, some truck stop integrated RV parks might also have loyalty programs or specific deals tied to fuel purchases. A direct call to 235 RV Park will provide the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding their pricing structure and any available special offers that could benefit your stay.

Customer Reviews
Good location large truck parking has a shop on property and a good restaurant. Restrooms are not very good men's room always has one of the two toilets out of order and no toilet paper. And urinal out of order. They have showers and a steak restaurant besides the small restaurant in the store. Store inventory was pretty low this past weekend usually not that way. Small chrome shop.
Our Rv group pulled in, walked around, called several times with no answer and promptly pulled out. Sites were unkempt and weedy, especially around hook ups. (SNAKY ). The ladies in our party would not have it. If she ain't happy nobody is happy.
Prices are great and there is always spots open.
