Good place for the price. Will probably go back. The 2 downsides. 1 the beach is across the road kids can't go anytime unless with a parent and no playground. 2 the portapotties needed serious cleaning, they were really full and completely OUT of toilet paper really glad we brought our own. If they put in an actual bathroom with a coded entry or the like it would be a huge plus. Oh 3 things. Number 3 the entry way was really washed away from the rain. Huge crevices that were way worse than even the worst pothole. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Again we will probably be back because the campsites aren't super close but close enough for big groups. We had 12 adults and 15 kids. It was good.

Only been to the beach. Water is clear. Bouied swim area is not huge. It is a mine pit so not sure of it's depth beyond. Gazebo Picnic area. Seasonal lifeguard. Just a beatiful place to soak up a ray. Mesabi Trail runs through it. Love the Trail!

I loved the price. I loved that nature provided some privacy between camping sites. The lake was nice. Bring from Missouri, I was not used to how cold the water was in July
