In Sept of 2022 we had recently found out I was pregnant, we had other plans set that would have taken several years. We came across Scott At Sun Valley in Oct of 2022. We were able to close on contract, build from the ground up, and move into our new home by May 2023. It was unreal! Our little one was born at the perfect time on June 4th 2023. We couldn’t be more greatly for Scott and his team that worked so fast and hard to helping us establish our new home with in a crazy short period of time. Thank you all again for making this effortless and and amazing experience! We can not thank you enough!

Have lived here for a little over a year. We love it so much fun and some really nice people. Our Friday nights are filled with Karoke and a fun crowd. Great place to live.after 3 yrs not so happy rent increased so high and one clique ruined it for us it was all about them so sad we decided to move. New owners are all about money and no activities that they promised.
