I have been living in sunbelt 9 years it is a very pleasant place to live. The manager melina is a sweetheart . She makes sure all of the tenants are satisfied. I have lived in this park for 23 years..It's well maintained , well rounded in people that live here,. For a park this large very little crime..Schools and Businesses close by for everyone's convenience., even colleges from Tech School's, Furman University, Clemson, Bob Jones University...You're close to every thing..I invite you to come and join us at Sunbelt!
