The maintenance man (older gentleman) was very helpful and made our stay memorable. We like to visit areas such as Blanco Texas for the experience with family and friends to get away and relax. The only complaint I would have is that you should work on keeping the permanent and or long term residents separate from the weekend/short term visitors. Explaining to the permanent/long term residents that it’s a quiet time after 10 pm not a silence time after 10 pm to avoid any issues for both type of guests during anyone’s stay. Everything else….pools, restrooms, nearby restaurants is super nice and enjoyable!!

Highly recommend! We had a great time and everyone was very friendly. The splash pad/pool was our favorite but we loved all the additional amenities: the playground, sensory park, walking trails and ponds. Will definitely stay again!

For the money, this is the best RV resort I have stayed at. My stay was for 3 months and stayed in site B4. Great view of the biggest pond on the property and about 4 times the average amount of space between sites. Great walking path through the property. Wonderful staff.. friendly and helpfull. Great amenities. Out in the country and very quiet, but only about 7 minutes into Blanco.

This was our first time taking out our new RV. This location was about an hour from home so we figured it would be a great start to our adventures! We were not disappointed! We had a mishap come Friday for check in, and were unable to make it. My husband called to inform the office just so that we weren’t complete no shows. We ended up arriving to enjoy Saturday with our friends. Prior to arrivals, we were able to get a spot next to our friends who decided to join us as well! The front office was extremely accommodating, friendly, and understanding! Our friends and family enjoyed the trails, the views, the sand pits, the tunnels for the kids, the park! They truly enjoyed themselves! Despite the weather not being on our side they truly had a blast! I’d recommend this place especially with how nice the pool and splash pad looks! They also had a bar for the adults to enjoy some beverages! The sites were clean and well maintained! Hook ups were easy and clean, WiFi was available, and the site was quiet! We backed into the water area they had and enjoyed the views! I’d 10000% recommend this location! We’d love to visit during a warmer month for sure!

Great location and amenities! Proximity to Blanco and multiple whiskey distilleries made it the perfect place to be for the weekend! The pool, ponds, restrooms, and laundry are well maintained and the customer service is top notch. Everyone is friendly and CJ the maintenance manager helped us out when our camper lock jammed and we couldn’t get back in. We can’t wait to come back and spend more time here!
