In the charming town of Cave Springs, you'll find The Creeks RV Resort, a destination that, while carrying the name "resort," primarily caters to and excels as a long-term RV park.
The Creeks RV Resort offers a practical and well-located solution for those needing an extended stay in their RV. It provides essential amenities, a generally quiet atmosphere, and convenient access to the bustling hub of Bentonville and the wider Northwest Arkansas area. In this article, we’ll take a detailed look at what makes The Creeks RV Resort a noteworthy option for locals in the Arkansas region. We'll cover its specific location and accessibility, detail the services it provides, highlight its key features, and offer contact information. Our goal is to provide factual and informative insights to help you determine if this park is the ideal long-term home for your RV in the Natural State.
The Creeks RV Resort is conveniently located at 1499 S Main St, Cave Springs, AR 72718, USA. This address places it within the picturesque and growing Northwest Arkansas region, specifically in the charming town of Cave Springs. This area is known for its natural beauty, including springs and creeks, and its close proximity to larger urban centers.
The accessibility of The Creeks RV Resort is a significant advantage for RVers in Arkansas. It's situated near a "2 lane busy road" (S Main St), which offers straightforward access while potentially allowing for some traffic noise, particularly during peak hours. However, its greatest strength in terms of location is its quick and easy access to major Northwest Arkansas cities. It's just a "10 min" drive to "downtown Bentonville," a vibrant hub for employment, cultural attractions (like Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art), dining, and shopping. Other NWA cities like Rogers and Fayetteville are also readily accessible, making it an ideal base for those working in the area or wishing to explore the region extensively.
Despite being near a busy road, reviewers describe the campground as "beautiful quiet," suggesting that while some ambient traffic noise might be present, it generally maintains a peaceful environment. The location also offers the unique feature of being "right on the golf course," providing scenic views and a pleasant aesthetic. While signage for entering and exiting has been noted as a challenge due to blind spots, awareness of this issue can help navigators plan accordingly.
In summary, The Creeks RV Resort's location offers a compelling balance: it's nestled in a pleasant natural setting, provides direct access to a golf course, and, most importantly for many, offers exceptionally quick and easy access to the economic and cultural heart of Northwest Arkansas. This combination makes it a highly convenient and desirable spot for long-term RVers and those with interests in the surrounding urban amenities.
The Creeks RV Resort primarily functions as a long-term RV park, offering a range of essential services designed to accommodate residents and ensure a comfortable extended stay. While it has "resort" in its name, its services are geared more towards permanent or semi-permanent residents than transient vacationers.
- Full Hookup RV Sites: The park provides sites with full hookups, which typically include reliable electricity (30 and 50 amp service), water, and sewer connections. This is fundamental for long-term RV living, ensuring residents have all necessary utilities.
- Spacious, Level Concrete Pads: A key service amenity is the provision of "concrete pads level" at many sites. These offer a stable, clean, and durable surface for parking RVs, contributing significantly to ease of setup and overall comfort for long-term residents.
- Clean Bathrooms: The resort maintains "super clean" bathrooms. While specific details on showers are not given in all reviews, the overall cleanliness of the facilities is a valued service, providing essential hygiene for residents.
- Laundry Facilities: The presence of "2 washer and dryers" on-site is a crucial service for long-term RV residents, allowing for convenient laundry access without needing to leave the park. These are noted to "get the job done."
- Dog Park: The park features a "small dog park island," indicating a pet-friendly environment and providing a dedicated space for residents with dogs to exercise their pets, a valuable amenity for many RVers.
- Wi-Fi Access: The provision of "pretty good" Wi-Fi, though occasionally slow, is an important service, especially for long-term residents who may work remotely or rely on internet access for communication and entertainment.
- Direct Golf Course Access/Views: While not a service in itself, the location "right on the golf course" provides a unique amenity for golf enthusiasts and contributes to the scenic beauty of the park.
- Responsive On-Site Staff: The "young man at the clubhouse/check in that's there every day is super friendly and polite," indicating a consistent and positive staff presence. This level of friendliness and helpfulness is a valuable service for residents.
- Trash Disposal: While not explicitly mentioned, standard RV park services would include accessible trash disposal for residents.
The Creeks RV Resort, while perhaps not a traditional "destination resort" in the vacation sense, offers several key features and highlights that make it highly suitable and desirable for its primary clientele: long-term RV residents in Northwest Arkansas.

- Proximity to Bentonville and NWA Hubs: Its "easy access to downtown Bentonville 10 min" is a major selling point. This allows residents quick access to jobs, world-class museums (like Crystal Bridges), diverse dining, extensive shopping, and vibrant cultural attractions without a long commute.
- Clean and Well-Maintained Essential Facilities: The "super clean" bathrooms and functional "2 washer and dryers" are crucial highlights for long-term residents, ensuring comfort and convenience for daily living.
- Quiet Campground Atmosphere: Despite being near a busy road, the park is described as "beautiful quiet." This peaceful environment is highly valued by residents seeking a restful home base away from constant noise.
- Level Concrete Pads: The presence of "concrete pads level" at sites provides a stable and easy setup for RVs, which is particularly beneficial for those staying for extended periods.
- Dog Park Island: The "small dog park island in it" is a thoughtful and appreciated amenity for pet owners, providing a dedicated and unique space for dogs to play and socialize.
- Friendly and Consistent Staff Presence: The daily presence of a "super friendly and polite" young man at check-in significantly enhances the resident experience, ensuring helpful assistance and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Community of Long-Term Residents: While some may seek a vacation spot, for those needing extended stay, a park primarily composed of long-term residents can offer a sense of community and stability.

Customer Reviews
We anticipated a resort on a golf course only to find a long term stay rv park. Disappointed because it has potential to be a resort on a golf course. Entering and exiting is a challenge due to blind spot in the roads and lack of signage. Many sites have permanent residents and is evident by multiple vehicles per site(some inoperable and parked on the grass), storage units, tarps, decks attached to units, small business signs posted in lawns, and small sites with no tables. One resident had his motor coach extending out in the drive making it a challenge for us to pull out of our spot. Rules are obviously not enforced and it is ruining what could be a destination resort as the name leads you to believe. If you are needing a place to stay for extended periods such as employment leads you here, then this is it. If your vacationing, I would consider other places.
Beautiful quiet campground, though depending on your site may hear some traffic am and pm as it's near a 2 lane busy road. Right on the golf course with views of small pond and small dog park island in it. Bathrooms super clean. 2 washer and dryers get the job done. Wifi is pretty good, occasionally slow for short periods. Concrete pads level. Easy access to downtown Bentonville 10 min. Didn’t catch his name, but the young man at the clubhouse/check in that's there every day is super friendly and polite! Will Definitely come here again!
Wasn't thrilled with this "resort" when we first got there, but it grew on us as the week went on. Pull through lots, no picnic tables or grills, A LOT of full time live-ins. Was quiet and since our "patio" faced the pond, we enjoyed some beautiful sunsets across the water and golf course. Staff is nice and they offer military discounts. Full hookups. Would go there again if I wanted an inexpensive stay for our 44ft 5th wheel.
Awesome place. Plenty of room for our 41 foot rv towing. Sunset was spectacular.
The positive: sites are long enough for a 40' 5th wheel and truck. Location is convenient to all the sights. Full hookup is great. Wi Fi was good. The cons: site was not level. Alot of full timers. So many sites had 2 or more vehicles. They start leaving for work around 6:30 so forget sleeping in. For $65 a night, it's overpriced. No picnic table, not well maintained and rules are not enforced. The web sight states nothing over 10 yrs old and less than 30' (not sure I understand that), but they had both.
