Horrible management!! They will harass you if you have animals, they will stalk you, and give you the hardest time to live here don’t do it!!! Also you pay for water you can’t drink it’s contaminated!!? Cmon people are being left seriously injured how it this place still running?

Not a bad place to live. Cheap for sure. The only thing that kind of grinds my gears about this place is they make u pay for well water that is almost un-drinkable so they tell you to either boil your water or let it run for at least 1 minute before drinking. Well.... im paying for the water... why don't they fix the problem with nasty water since we are paying for it instead of making us run the water more often so we have to pay them more.

Nothing but white trash living there ! Let alone the drug's that people use there. I wouldn't recommend it to a homeless person. Staff knows of the drugs, the cops ALWAYS being at someone's home, people mail gets stolen and the office manager / owner DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT !

My grandmother clicked for over 2 hours for a nurse because she needed to use the bathroom - then wrote her up when she had an accident and proceeded to state they never wanted her back because she had the accident. The nurse who claimed they supervised her physical therapy also had no idea what they had her do an hour after supposedly doing it. I asked if it was on her chart and the nurse huffed at me and stormed off.
