I had an enjoyable visit when I was at Tips Trailer Park in Bridgeton, New Jersey. I stayed at my friend's trailer that he bought recently and his trailer is very nice. While I was there I met a few of his neighbors and everyone of them were very friendly to me. Tips Trailer Park is quiet and peaceful. New Jersey had a snowstorm on my 2nd day. I noticed all the residents we re out shoveling their sidewalks and a few of them helped shovel their neighbors sidewalks if they had a snow shovel. I was so impressed watching them help each other because they all smiled while helping each other. A bunch of children were also out playing in the snow while they laughed and had fun. One neighbor came out and talked to me plus brought me a few desserts they had cooked. I was so happy eating apple pie, chocolate brownies, and a homemade Danish with strawberries inside of it. Tips Trailer Park is in a great location because there are stores, gas stations, fast food restaurants, and so many places to shop at. I enjoyed my visit to my friends and I have visited him everyday since my visit. Tips Trailer Park is doing so well with their property and all the residents have lived there for a very long time. I was able to enter one of his neighbors property and their trailer was so beautiful. I asked if any property at Tips Trailer Park was for sale and his neighbors said yes there is. I would love to live at Tips Trailer Park in Bridgeton because I was very impressed with Tips. The property has become one of the best places to stay in the area. I couldn't believe how far Tips Trailer Park has come in the last 10 years. I would give Tips Trailer Park a 9 out of a 10.I also was able to take some pictures and videos of Tips Trailer Park and I would refer people I meet to live there. If you have any questions please ask and I will answer. Thank You and Have a great day.

Sep 24, 2025 · Katherine WilliamsTips Trailer Park was a good place for me. It was quiet and the only thing that was wrong with Tips Trailer Park was there was a snowstorm. I love snow, but it made everything cold at Tips Trailer Park. Tips Trailer Park is very quiet and I liked staying there. Everyone was shoveling snow the next morning after the snowstorm. I was outside the next day and every person I saw at Tips Trailer Park was smiling. Tips Trailer Park is located in a good place also. They are close to stores, fast food places, and the grocery store.
Jan 15, 2025 · John cookI didn’t think the ownership/landlord could get any worse after Joe sold the place. The new owners are nothing short of unprofessional bully’s, who like to prey on peoples lack of knowledge of their renters rights. This trailer park is a class action suit waiting to happen. After a year of owning the property, the landlord thought it was appropriate to raise my rent by almost $400 dollars for monthly or only $150 by locking me into a lease to a trailer that had growing mold in it. My security deposit was seized, but let’s be honest, I was never getting that back anyways. When I was living there, on multiple occasions people they hired would enter my residence without my knowledge/permission. My bathroom would be used by a stranger, I’d have blue collar trash all over the property as well. Management would leave notes on my door that had plenty of spelling errors, despite the office manager being a “college educated individual.” That individual is also very rude. The notes were honestly something that should be mailed out, hopefully with them increasing the rent they can finally afford postage! Stay very clear of these slum lords.
