Toccoa RV Park & Campground in Toccoa, GA, aims to provide just that – a practical and accessible base for your adventures in the region, whether it's a quick overnight stop or a longer stay.
Located in the beautiful foothills of Northeast Georgia, Toccoa RV Park & Campground positions itself as a down-to-earth option for RVers and campers. While some might find its rustic charm different from a resort experience, its core strengths lie in its clear communication and responsive management. For those who appreciate directness and efficiency in securing a site, this park often comes through, even for big rigs needing specific accommodations. The owner's proactive approach to "conflict resolution if something arises" is a notable positive, ensuring guest concerns are addressed.
Visitors frequently highlight the availability of adequate shade at the sites, which is a significant bonus during Georgia's warmer months. The reliable provision of water and electrical hookups is also consistently mentioned, ensuring that essential amenities are readily available for a comfortable stay. While some reviews note that the park has an older, perhaps more "trailer park feeling" due to a number of long-term residents and older campers, this also contributes to a stable and potentially quiet atmosphere for those seeking less transient surroundings.
Understanding the nuances of Toccoa RV Park & Campground means recognizing its value as a practical, fair-priced option for Northeast Georgia. If you're prioritizing clear communication, essential hookups, and a shaded spot to park your RV without expecting a luxury resort experience, this park could be a suitable choice for your next Georgia getaway. - Adequate Shade: Many sites offer adequate shade, a valued feature during warmer months to keep RVs cooler and provide comfortable outdoor living space.
- Responsive Owner/Management: A key strength is the direct communication and responsiveness of the owner, who is "on top of conflict resolution" and able to assist with site assignments and changes, ensuring a smoother experience for guests.

- Direct Communication with Owner/Management: A standout feature is the ease and effectiveness of communication with the park's owner, who is described as "amazing" and "on top of conflict resolution." This ensures a responsive and supportive experience for guests.
- Fair Pricing for the Region: The cost is noted as "fair for the NE GA area," making it a budget-conscious option for travelers exploring Northeast Georgia.
- Ample Shade at Sites: The provision of "adequate shade" at campsites is a significant benefit, especially during Georgia's warm seasons, contributing to comfort.

Based on the provided information, Toccoa RV Park & Campground does not explicitly detail specific, ongoing promotions or special offers in the same way a large resort might. Their pricing is noted as "fair for the NE GA area," suggesting a focus on consistent value rather than rotating discounts. However, it's common for RV parks, especially those with a mix of short-term and longer-term guests, to have varying rate structures that could effectively serve as "offers."
For potential guests, particularly Georgia locals looking for extended stays or repeat visits, it would be beneficial to inquire directly about:
- Longer Stay Discounts: Many RV parks offer reduced nightly rates for weekly or monthly bookings. Given the presence of "older campers" who "look like permanent residents," it is highly probable that Toccoa RV Park & Campground has attractive rates for extended stays.
- Seasonal Rates: Pricing might vary slightly between peak and off-peak seasons, offering potential savings during quieter times of the year.
- Return Guest Incentives: While not confirmed, some parks appreciate repeat business and might have informal recognition for returning campers.
- Membership Affiliations: It's worth asking if they offer discounts for any RV clubs (e.g., Good Sam Club, Passport America) or military/senior discounts, though this is not specified in the provided data.
The most effective way to ascertain any current pricing structures, potential long-term rates, or specific offers that might be available is to contact Toccoa RV Park & Campground directly using the phone numbers provided. The "amazing" communication from the owner means you should get clear and helpful information regarding your potential stay.

Customer Reviews
•Communication was amazing. I was able to get in direct communication and placed in a site that same day. •The owner is on top of conflict resolution if something arises. •I had adequate shade. No issues with water or electrical. • Price is fair for the NE GA area. • Would come back again.
We were stopping in town for a quick visit with sister in law. We need somewhere for overnight. Most campgrounds here do not do online reservations, so you either call or fill out a request online and wait for a return call. This was the only park that actually responded. We are a big rig at 40 ft, which makes it difficult. We were assigned site #15, which was listed as a pull through. It was not a pull through, and the turn to get into the site was almost impossible with our rig. We did call and spoke with someone and asked about site 13, which was longer and was a pull through. She allowed us to move sites. We only hooked up to power it was a full hookup, but we were only there for one night. The road through the campground was rough and narrow. There are a lot of older campers here. Most look like permanent residents, giving more of a trailer park feeling instead of a campground. A price point of $47/night is quite high also. When coming back to the area, we will not stay here again.
My wife and I were passing through Toccoa and needed a clean and safe spot to stay for a few days. Communication with the owner was prompt and professional with a same day reservation. The campground itself is a smaller campground but very quiet and safe. Sites are well maintained and clean. Other campers in the park were friendly and helpful. Laundry facility, and the bathhouse were maintained and clean. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Jeremy, the owner, and his wife were proactive, accommodating, and very friendly. I would absolutely recommend this campground. We will be back this summer!
They are very dirty and drugs in and out of that place we stayed there for 2 months and got out fast as we could. The owners dont care about there park only there money. It's not worth your money or the pain you body will go threw from being eaten alive by ants or poison ivy, pick your poison for sure.
I really love this campground. It is clean and affordable and has really great people around. It's a great place to stay long term and Mrs. Faye is the nicest owner. Very close to some amazing sites, local waterfalls and a few minutes from a boat and kayak launch.
