If they had a 0 star I would put it. I called on a Friday and the man told me to come back Monday morning to fill out the application and wasn't even there when I got there and wouldn't even answer the phone I had to drive all the way from mint hill 😡 plus my husband took off work for no reason just for this man to waste our time and money. Then he told me that he wasn't accepting no animals but I saw animals walking around in his trailer park that was people's pets that rent from him. 😡

Toured a trailer today. Was told to be there at 10:00am. We show up at 9:56. We go look at the opening. Holes all in the walls. Kid drawing on the wall. Sunlight was damaged. Nice for the most part! At first the “son” was nice. The “dad” had scheduled the tour. Fast forwarded to 12pm. I got a phone call saying we were approved and everything looked good. Asked the “son” a couple of questions and proceeded to tell him we would be by soon to pay the deposit. Come 3pm I called again to ask about the deposit spoke with the “dad” he said that was fine gave me the “sons” number and tells me to go ahead and pay the deposit and do the paperwork. Called the “son” no answer. Okay maybe he’s busy. Sent a text message saying I was on the way. Didn’t hear anything back, again he’s busy but I’ve communicated that I was coming. So I get there to pay the deposit can’t get ahold of the “son” or “dad”. As I’m sitting there waiting (they had been pretty good about getting back to me so I didn’t think anything of it ) the “son” walks out. I’m like okay he got my message. I get out and he looks at me like I’m stupid. He said can I help you I said oh I thought you got my message I’m here to pay the deposit. He said I didn’t call you I said I had talked to your “dad” he said come pay you. He said I don’t know why your here it’s a no go. I froze up at this point because I’m shocked. What happened? Everything came back good of course. We don’t do anything but work neither of us have been in trouble. So I’m still in shock and confused I said okay thank you. After I’m not in shock anymore I got to call the “son”. I’m blocked. Try calling the other number no answer but I left a voicemail. I probably won’t hear anything back but as a first time renter trying to get her own place for myself and my child I would like to know what happened within that time period. With this trailer not being worth $800 I was okay with it. Small things. I wish I could give zero stars just about rudeness, lack of communication, unprofessional.

I would give this place and people 0 stars if I could. If you're cool with living in a run down tin can and don't care about having you're stuff stolen off your porch, then this is the place for you. "Landlords" are very rude and very unhelpful. This place and people need to be shut down.
