The photos give the impression that each RV spot has a concrete pad for the RV, but only a few have them. Our graveled spot was not level. The grass was overgrown which was a problem with the morning dew. There are no tables provided and no cable hook ups. There is Wi-Fi, but it is very weak and inconsistent. The sewer connections are very close to the small pads entended for you own table. There was no park person onsite and there are no showers or restrooms. It could be a nice place, but it appears as if the owner is no longer providing proper upkeep.
