Most of the reviews you see here are probably fake. The whole area went downhill when the new property owners took over. Wild dogs are running around, people fly through the neighborhood at whatever speed they want, new neighbors will move in and destroy the property around them. You’ll read reviews about great security (humongous lie, we’ve never had security out here) or how quiet and cozy it is, but that’s all just paid for reviews by whoever owns this place. You’d do well to stay away, seriously. Management doesn’t care about you, only wants your money and if you bring anything to their attention, “oh well it’s your problem.” I can’t wait to get out.
