Great place to live. It’s on the water where the Braden River and the wide Manatee converge. Boat docks for residents. Nice pool. Big clubhouse on the river. Friday night campfires year round. Active friendly 55+ community. Excellent park management team—very responsive and engaged with the community. Prior to this, I lived in downtown Sarasota, where I knew almost no one. Here I know everyone in the park, and we all walk in the evenings and visit each other, very neighborly place, but also very private.

Oct 04, 2024 · shandy nachsinMy uncle leaves here. He recently had a stroke and they were very nice to me and him. I didn't like that someone stole his orchid. I think it was his neighbor I seen my uncle's plant but nothing I could do when the person denied it. Very nice pool and fishing pier
Jun 06, 2021 · Michelle WilsonIt's very neat and clean, has access to boat docks, pool, laundromat erc. My sister lives there now, but is looking to sell. She wants to live in what she calls "brick and mortar". Shes done lots of work on her place, very handy and it looks beautiful.
