Valencia Estates is it beautiful hidden treasure. The pool and all of the grounds are up kept beautifully. Everyone who lives there is sweet and helpful and it's a very quiet safe wonderful community. Casey the manager is very kind, understanding and helpful.

My elderly mother lives in this community and the park manager decided to install speed bumps that are above the regulation hight. Good luck with getting an Uber in there to pick up your elderly relatives for a doctor's appointment. I tried speaking with the manager, Kasey, about it and she laughed and hung up on me. So rude and unprofessional.
I just came back from Ohio and the park looks great! The new maintenance man Tyler is going above and beyond to get the park looking great again. The new management Nikki is doing great considering what she walked into. She is such a sweetheart. It was looking like a family park and hopefully we will all be back to our 55 community soon. We are happy to have them.
The community is beautiful. The pool is a decent temperature. Staff and residents are extremely friendly. They were very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We'll be back in January!
