Customer Reviews
Just WOW Monique C. went above and beyond to assist us with the move-in process! I can’t thank her enough for all of the effort she put in, thank you, thank you, thank you, so much, I truly appreciate you! You are a blessing!!!
The management here used to care about their residents. They used to be right on top of all issues. I have friends who are renting, and their closet is useless; can't hang anything up because the rod holder fell out of the wall within a month of moving in. They left their car seat in the driveway for an hour to let it dry and someone snatched it. Another friend rented to own her place and was promised the hole that was allowing baby lizards and toads in above her window would be fixed before closing. Never was. My driveway and my direct neighbors driveway has had big pot holes for as long as I've lived there (8 years going on 9). They repaved the road and left such a huge dip on the shoulder it caused serious injury to another friend of mine. Management makes big promises to "clean up the neighborhood" but has yet to follow through. In the last 8 years all they've done is put in new playground set that's slide is 3 foot off the ground at the bottom of the slide, taken out the old rickety one and the swings, put a roof over the mailbox, and repaved/painted the road. The bill breakdown is ridiculous. Base rent 427 Hydrant fee 30 Trash 30 Admin fee 1 .70 Meter fee 5.50 Plus water and sewer.. I'm willing to bet by January 2025 the base rent will rise to 460 or more. The crime alone that's going on in this neighborhood is enough for me to tell people don't do move in here its not worth it.
This is a terrible place to live. The cops are always out here. The prices keep going up, but the quality of living is getting worse. People are getting robbed all the time. Cars have been stolen. Not to mention the fact they sold us a “renovated” mobile home that was falling apart as soon as we moved in. Closets falling down from simply hanging clothing, holes in the floor, leaking windows that lead to mold. Electrical not being strong enough to even plug in a refrigerator without tripping the breaker, plumbing was so clogged up that the whole house needed to be repiped (from our pockets) and the air ducts so messed up that the air wasn’t even going through the vents. Overpriced junk. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS NEIGHBORHOOD.
Best place to live in town. Monique always has the office so cute and smelling so good!! Wonderful customer service
Me and my husband just moved in. So far so good. Clean place. We are the first people to be in this home. It is brand new home. From clayton Homes and we LOVE IT😊😊 I took some Stars away because mine and my husband's 2007 F350 Ford got stolen out of our driveway!! Thursday at 3:10 in the morning March 3rd 2022 I have lived here for over two years. And never worried about anything like that going to happen to us. But it did unfortunately!! The owner of Victorian Lakes needs to put more cameras in here. And he most definitely needs to put some kind of gait out there. But nevertheless that's why I took some of my stars away. I know it's not their fault and this truly is the nicer neighborhood. But unfortunately that's happened to us. And it's not fair I know that the cops are not going to find our vehicle and if they do it is going to be destroyed. And it's not fair for me to feel uncomfortable I do not feel safe here anymore. And it most definitely is not fair that we have to go do it again for another vehicle that we had almost paid off. Because someone came into our neighborhood and took from us. People please be aware of your surroundings and your things at all times. They need to put cameras and stuff up in here. But other than that it. I used to feel comfortable in here. But not anymore. If the owner sees this please please put a security gate up that only the people that are renting from you will be able to get in with some kind of key code or something please!!!!
